"Crawl, is about the demons, voices, toxic people in your head telling you that you are not good enough, that you are not worthy or deserving, not allowed to be your true self, and you start fighting back against this negativity to gain your life back - the life you truly want. You refuse to let people tell you who you can and cannot be, how you should behave, and who you should be to be accepted by society. You force the negativity out of your life (putting it back in its shell) and allowing yourself to live the life you truly want.
I wrote Crawl as I felt that negative people, negative thoughts, and negative environments were forcing me to retract, and be okay with less. I felt that it was time that I get out of my own shell, and put all that negativity back in the shell and live the life that I want. " Until Dusk Fades
