A Heavy Rock Single From JT Patten and Lone Woolf Lyrics

A new single release from Lone Woolf Lyrics brings out an edgy rock soundscape that borders on the cinematic tonality and hits a high-energy approach that works wonders in terms of storytelling, especially in the way of painting vivid pictures in your head as you listen.

"Dark Riders" comes through as a dark and edgy single that also has influences like classic rock, southern rock, and more that all burst into and anthemic and impactful banger.

The guitar work across this track is absolutely stellar and it gives so much to you in terms of lead solos, great riffs, and a lot of the stuff that I've missed in real rock music for quite some time.

The track has a lot of character to it and as it tells its story you become more and more attached to the whole of it and I think that's a really impressive aspect of this track because you don't get that a lot of times so when you do, it's very refreshing.

This may have to do with the fact that the track was created by JT Patten who's known for getting dark horror and espionage books.

Obviously, his musical creativity indulged his writing side, and this track is what came to be from it all.

I love this aspect because you have someone who has such massive creativity in two different facets and so bringing those two things together is a unique approach to creating an art form for someone.

This track absolutely shreds and doesn't let up at all energy-wise to the point where it almost makes you want to see this performed alive just because of how the energy is captured on the recording as if the players are feeding off of each other the entire time.

There's not a lot held back in terms of pushing the envelope as a real sort of classic rock and metal single and I love that fact because it showcases a little bit of looseness in terms of boundaries.

Any kind of art that's created with fewer boundaries is going to breed a better outcome. At least that's how I look at it and "Dark Riders" is the type of song that certainly puts it all out there.

For people who love hard rock, classic metal, and real guitar work, this track is 100% for you and you will love every second of it.

You'll be able to air guitar, headband, sing along, and also again, you'll have a storyline that you can follow that does indeed paint this picture for you so it's a really fun song to sort of escape into and I think that certain kinds of music are meant to do that.

I feel like listening to certain kinds of music is like reading books in a way.

You get to escape your reality and go into a different one for a moment in time and when you're done listening to the song you have to kind of snap back out of it again just like reading a good book or watching a good film.

This is why I'm hoping that there is an album or at least an EP on the way after this track.

This gives you an arena rock vastness that hits hard and is lush with its lyrics so that you get the best of a few different worlds and I would like more of that and rock music.

So, this was an awesome taste but let's have more.

I'm giving this an 8 out of 10 hands down.
