We’re to get you in the know about the release of the latest album from The Wring called, Nemesis, a record that pushes boundaries. This record is a heavy and wildly progressive journey, blending driving basslines with elements of metal and alternative rock to create something truly unique.
"The album is not a concept album, per se, but every song seems to have an element of confrontation. I write lyrics from a dark place, and I often describe situations or entities that create tension and conflict. Once this album was done, I realized that these themes appeared in every song. I’ve always loved the word Nemesis and felt it was a perfect fit. The music, as always, is a mixture of genres as I am heavily influenced by metal, hard rock, jazz and, of course, progressive rock. I think this record offers a lot to a progressive-minded listener, but it can also just rock out" - The Wring

Experimenting with a range of intense rhythms and intricate melodies that come together in a way that captures the raw ness int its energy, the album has loads to offer up. From the first track "Badlands" (Video above), Nemesis builds a powerful sonic experience.
Nemesis is available for streaming on Spotify and everywhere else you listen to music.
