Canadian-born, LA-based pop artist Alexandra Beck. Her newest single, “Hit This,” music video just dropped April 30th. The song was produced by Dr. Chaii (who worked on Dua Lipa & Sean Paul’s “No Lie”) it’s a fiery, dance-pop track that captures the thrill of post-pandemic freedom. Think sexy, confident energy, mixed with early 2000s pop influences à la Britney, Tove Lo, and the Pussycat Dolls. Alexandra wrote it about a wild night out in Vancouver after lockdown, running into an old bar coworker (now an Air Canada pilot) and letting go of months of pent-up energy. The music video is packed with high-energy choreography and bold pop attitude that perfectly matches the vibe of the song. Alexandra has performed at Lincoln Center, Canadian Music Week, The Viper Room, and is currently working under the mentorship of Roy Hamilton III. Her sound blends nostalgic 2000s pop with sharp vocals and honest, bold storytelling
