Until They Burn Me

Emerging from Ferndale, United States, Until They Burn Me is the powerful creative alliance between Cody Carlyle and Travis Jordan, a partnership forged over more than 35 years of shared musical history and lived experience. Their journey together extends back to their time as homeless addicts playing in their former band, The Dry Season, surviving on the streets, in sheds, and in the wilderness. Now as recovering addicts, they channel their wealth of raw life experience into music that reverberates with authenticity and passion. Operating as a studio-based recording project from their home studios in Ferndale, Washington, and Cincinnati, Ohio, the duo collaborates across the distance in what they describe as a long, often painful process—but one that yields profoundly honest results. Their music speaks to those who've faced darkness and emerged with stories worth telling. Their music is an eclectic mix of Americana, old-timey murder ballads, garage rock, dark country, punk, post punk, punk grass and folk.
