Tomaka

Tomaka is a French singer, songwriter, and producer.  His musical approach is shaped by the cultures of the countries he has lived in —Spain, Britain, Germany— which have helped forge his artistic identity.  A true sonic explorer, Tomaka blends pop, rock, and electronic textures with acoustic instruments such as the piano, the ney, and the zurna, often incorporating field recordings from streets and nature into his compositions. A pivotal moment came in 2018 when Tomaka withdrew to the countryside for a month, writing a song a day. This transformative experience laid the groundwork for his solo work. Videos also play a central role in his creative process, reflecting both the narrative depth and atmosphere of each track.  Tomaka launched his debut single Time to Go in 2020, followed by four more singles.
