Meet The Altitude, a musical voyage masterminded by Dylan Tarver with sounds similar to Alex G, Bright Eyes, Bridge City Sinners, and Lost Dog Street Band. From North Texas punk scenes to California's cathartic landscapes, The Altitude's sound is an eclectic fusion, born out of adversity and resilience. Dylan's narrative began with high school punk gigs and a stint in a Flower Mound "refugee house," leading to a solo revelation amidst the snowy solitude of Lake Tahoe. Returning to Texas, Dylan founded Fannin, a house venue fostering the same community that once embraced him.
