Stan Iridio is a Fresno-based chemist-turned-songwriter whose lyrics showcase the intricate spectrum of emotional experiences that come with the territory of loving recklessly and the fear of being alone. Demonstrating remarkable vulnerability and maintaining maximum transparency, they are unafraid to reflect upon and even expose their own dark, personal flaws for the sake of their songs' lyrical impact. A lifelong fiction writer, he officially began songwriting in May of 2023 after a period of personal turmoil, a "dark night of the soul," so to speak. Catharsis was only found in transforming his relentless inner dialogue (yes, "dialogue") into something meaningful. Equipped with their signature "weaponized hi-lo blend," Iridio delivers some of the most graceful yet devastating lyrical blows and one-liners, whether expressing love, sorrow, yearning, rage, resilience, or joy. With a roster of artists who inspired them such as Paramore/Hayley Williams, Taylor Swift, Halsey, Olivia Rodrigo, Gracie Abrams, Phoebe Bridgers, and Sleeping With Sirens, Stan Iridio's music aspires to achieve the sonic interweaving of pop, rock, folk, and punk and synthesize them all into cohesive and deeply immersing narratives. With rather ambitious (delusional) plans for an album trilogy, of which the third part is currently in the writing stage, Iridio plans to phase his debut album, "Wilted Lens," into production in the near future. His first release YNLM (Demo) is out now!
