A fresh banger from RW Hellborn gives off a massive drive in a classic Hard rock style, bordering on a heavier feel, with addictive and high-energy guitar riffs and performances throughout the entire thing, along with robust and sort of attacking vocals that come through with a heck of a punch, giving the song an added attitude.

The single blends hints of southern rock undertone, especially with some of the bending guitars in the main riff, but there's also punk influence, and in overlaying edginess that lets it thrive.

You can hear a flurry of influences in this one track, and this is something I really adored about the song. It brings together all of those elements seamlessly so you have a track that hits hard and gets the message across.

"Test Your Limits" is a song that tells you to get out there and do your thing in an unafraid way. It's about pushing yourself and going for whatever goal you have without letting anything get in your way.

Of course, this is easier said than done; however, this song really gets your blood flowing and puts you in the right state of mind to do exactly that.

This is one of those songs you listen to first thing in the morning so that you have this heavy energy that will push you through certain kinds of annoyances, struggles, or blockades you may have.

And again, that's part of the point. Getting through those blockades.

It really delivers the message that, if you really push, try, don't give up, stay consistent, then you can get farther than you think. The only thing stopping you is yourself.

I think we all need a message like this, and especially delivered in a song with such a boisterous and hard-hitting approach.

The drums are completely ferocious. They're slamming pretty much the whole time, and really add to that endless energy. This drumming is the backbone of the whole track, but still, the guitars are really something that also pushes the limits and comes through with as much attitude as the vocals do.

The song makes me think of classic bands like Motorhead. It's just got that edginess to it. But they also managed to capture the aesthetic of hard rock tracks from that era as well. It's in the guitar tone and how the vocals are delivered.

Listening to this makes you want to go see them live. The drive and energy are captured so well on record that seeing them live must be awesome.

Thankfully, there is a shredding guitar solo, performed with soul, loads of winding and bendy approaches, and a sort of delay effect on them, which really helps push that live performance feel even more.

I feel like the energy level is what pushes this song through the roof. Everyone is on the same page, feeding off each other the entire time, and the synergy is unstoppable between the members of the band.

The song comes through with a thick low end from that bass guitar, pounding drums, rumbling the song into submission, and everyone just gives it their all.

This is a song created for the pure love of writing rock music. You can hear it in every element of the track.

This was an endlessly fun hard rock soiree that you just don't want to end.

If you're not really familiar with RW Hellborn then you should definitely check out some of his back catalog, as there are a bunch of songs released recently, one including "Ace of Spades" originally performed by Motorhead. Obviously, I was right on the money with that one.

Just to be clear, RW Hellborn is very well known for being a massive force behind the band Riverside Odds, and the music he's been releasing is a solo project that he brings other players in on, so he's really able to bring together some amazing musicians that are on the same page, they can see his vision, and that's why these songs come through as powerfully as they do.

So, if you want to hear classic hard rock, punk-influenced, thriving energy, and addictive guitar tone and riffs, along with huge vocals that just crush everything and fuel you, then this is exactly for you.

Don't miss out. Turn it loud.
