Pick Up Goliath

Pick Up Goliath smashes genres and redefines boundaries. He's obsessed with pushing limits, mixing styles, breaking walls, and creating sounds that hit hard and stay fresh. His forthcoming release, Artificial Ascendency, is a groundbreaking four-movement concept record and quite possibly the first true metal symphony. Featuring Josh Baines (Malevolence) and legendary djent drummer Mike Malyan (ex-Monuments), it chronicles humanity’s rise, fall, and reckoning in a visceral, symphonic journey. Before that came Cult of the Lamb: Hymns of the Unholy, described as “a spectacular album that brings together the legends and icons of contemporary metal to establish itself as one of the most innovative and influential proposals in the genre”. With guests Howard Jones (Light The Torch), Matthew K. Heafy (Trivium), Scott LePage (Polyphia) and more, it cemented Pick Up Goliath as a force in modern metal. From the stage to the studio, he cut his teeth touring with Armstrong, sharing stages with You Me At Six and The Pigeon Detectives. Now, as the mastermind behind Mammoth Sound Studio in Spain, he produces everything from crushing metal to cutting-edge electronic, collaborating globally with names like Duran Duran guitarist Dom Brown. Before all that, he taught songwriting and production at The BRIT School, shaping the careers of now-superstars like RAYE, Rex Orange County, Olivia Dean, Cat Burns, and Lola Young. Ready for a sonic ride? Buckle up.
