"Songwriter and random traveler making way through different places and experiences who began writing and recording songs on an old tape recorder in Arkansas in 1994. Shortly after came publishing and performing early experimental songs under the pseudonyms "animal+sound" or "animalsound" while moving around the country for work. Over two decades later the musical style has been ground down and slow-worn into a unique, rough and jangly yard sale of old guitar tones and percussive acoustic lilts. The musical styles and influences picked up while traveling mixed themselves with early years of learning traditional folk, blues, and cowboy songs around campfires while growing up in Arkansas to make the sound you can hear now."
