The debut single Calabasas by Goldfinch is out September 29th. "Calabasas" documents the feelings of isolation during the pandemic, as well as grappling with the constant barrage of consumerism and targeted ads meant to make you feel like you're never enough. "You may feel alone, or maybe you're dealing with anxiety or feeling like you don't matter. But it's important to find self love and know that you are enough. You do matter, and you're exactly who you were meant to be." Some heavy commentary, albeit backed by a funky beat.
