Deep Trees

Deep Trees is an indie electro-pop project from Western Massachusetts, led by songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Summer Redko. Blending retro synth textures, jangly guitars, and emotionally direct songwriting, the project balances digital production with an unmistakably human core. Redko’s early career was spent assisting in recording studios on sessions for both major and independent labels. In addition to her solo work, she has accumulated a growing list of film and television credits, bringing a technical precision and deep curiosity to her songwriting and production process. Recent singles “Extraordinary” and “Turn Out the Light” showcase Deep Trees’ evolving sound. Rhythm-driven, atmospheric, and emotionally grounded. Collaborating with standout musicians like drummer Nik Hughes (Bush, Andy Grammer, Puddle of Mudd), bassist Luca Giachi (Sony/BMG, Universal), and horn player Victor Mejia (when the stars and budgets align), the music traces heartbreak, euphoria, and that weird shimmer of nostalgia you get watching old home movies.
