I am a former Drummer -was a founding member of the band that eventually became the hard rock band Molly Hatchet. I dropped out of music and built a large business but never let go of my musical roots. I'm an avid songwriter for over 40 years. I have won 14 prior BillBoard contests awards when they promoted songwriting competitions. I was runner up in Marlboros National Talent Roundup as well. But I have been cheated by Nashville Publishers and Promoters, not being a Nashville Resident -so I only write for enjoyment and in competitions. No aspirations to be in the music business but i would love my songs to be performed by a national artist. I am a songwriter and producer, not a performer. These songs are true stories -and from my deepest heartfelt emotions. If you listen to them, you will know they are real lyrics. You'll also notice the songs change in August, as I was diagnosed with Lymphoma, and fighting this Cancer changed my heart! It absolutely shows in songs like Warrior (written at night in my hospital bed and produced online) or Unanswered Prayers, my very latest Country crossover song with a spiritual message.
