RAG: Let's talk about "Turbulance"! This song was a blend of amazing instrumentation and a high energy beat blended with vast undertones and samples! Where did this track come from?
I’ve put a lot of time and energy into this track.I made “Turbulence” to capture motion and emotion — a high-energy beat layered with cinematic vibes that make you feel alive, both physically and emotionally.
RAG: I'm hearing a few different approaches to this track! Who are some of your biggest musical influences?
I draw inspiration from both classic and modern electronic music. Artists like Shep Pettibone shaped my approach to melody and layering, while trance and EDM producers like Armin van Buuren inspire the energy and emotion I aim to bring to each track. I love blending these influences with my own style to create something fresh and uplifting. All my tracks are produced on my home setup.
RAG: How did this all start for you as an artist and producer?
My journey started in England, where I first got into DJing and electronic music. I was drawn to the energy of the crowd and the creativity of mixing tracks. Over time, that led me to producing my own music — crafting sounds that could move people the same way live DJ sets do. It’s been a long journey of experimenting, learning, and combining influences from both the UK and US dance scenes to create my own signature sound.
RAG: Are you performing sets live right now?
I’m performing live sets regularly and love connecting with both other DJs and the crowd. I tested “Turbulence” during one of my sets, and watching the crowd respond to the music was incredibly uplifting. That energy is what keeps me inspired as both a DJ and producer.
RAG: Now that this is out, what's next for you?
Now that “Turbulence” is out, I’m focusing on finishing more tracks that continue the energy and emotion of my recent releases. I’ve also finished a new track, “Lost”, which is set for release on February 20th, 2026. It’s another high-energy journey. I’m planning more live sets — some are broadcast on pcr.fm — and I’m looking at opportunities to share my music at festivals, connecting with even bigger audiences. It’s all about keeping the momentum going and engaging listeners in new ways.
RAG: Who's in your headphones right now?
I’m always listening to A State of Trance, following Armin van Buuren’s weekly YouTube shows, and using that inspiration to fuel my own music. On this release, people can expect a high-energy journey, a driving beat, layered instrumentation, and atmospheric elements designed to make you move, feel, and get lost in the music.
RAG: Before we go, what would you like to express to fans of the music?
I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who listens, supports, and shares my music. Every play, message, and moment on the dance floor means so much. I hope tracks like “Turbulence” bring people together, spread joy and energy, and provide a little escape from the everyday grind.
