All for Jolly returns with a new single that serves as the next chapter of the band's evolution. This track boasts such a wonderfully vivacious, intense, edgy but colorful, and catchy approach that you can't help but get pulled right into it and all it has to offer.
"New Era" is a perfect name for this massive return and the song has such a fun folk punk approach that you have no problem embracing because that fiery energy and lush character is right there in your face so, it's really hard to turn away from something like that.
This band puts heart into their music. Listening to this one single track can give you enough to understand how much love they have for their craft.
Being able to get off your ass and jump around the room, dance, and sing along to a song that you've only heard one time is a rarity.
The rambunctious and vibrant soundscape of the performances themselves is enough to grab your attention and it's something you didn't know you craved until you heard it.
The chorus of the track is so anthemic and addictive while the music and instrumentation are so bright but still heavy simultaneously.
What a great combination that is. You have heavy guitars that give that punk rock and alternative rock anthem sound, while you also have acoustics like mandolin for example giving off a main hook half the time.
By the second time you listen to this track, you want to put your fists in the air and sing right along. That's something I've missed for a while. Just having that feeling of energy being transferred into you and wanting to belt alongside the singer out loud.
There's a lot of fun to be had with this track and you can tell that everyone involved was just feeling it. The energy level is through the roof, and it feels like they just laid this whole thing down right there in the moment.
It's like everyone was feeling and feeding off each other the whole time in terms of that energy.
The accompanying music video for the single does nothing more than display that same character, personality, and energy even more.
This band is so infectious and, sort of, wild that you feel good listening to it.
It feels good to watch them jump around the room themselves and perform the song with such veracity and bounce.
Sometimes a music video really helps the band sentiment and energy push through even more than just the track itself. This is one of those times.
Now, don't get me wrong. I can't express enough how energetic this track is on its own of course.
But when you watch the music video, you get a feel for them as a band more.
You can see them and how into it they are. How happy they are and how they all have a real love for what they're doing.
They, themselves, are in the moment during this video and you can tell it's real and that's something genuine.
This was an endlessly fun folk punk soiree that came through as quite an addictive romp that almost anyone can and should completely enjoy.
Seen that the single is a little preview to an album that the band will be releasing this year likely during the Spring.
Check this track out, turn it nice and loud, and you'll see exactly what I mean.
We've even taken the liberty of popping the music video below for you so you can watch it literally right now.
No excuses. Check this out.
