A Classic metal Single from Absinthe Green

A brand-new single release from Absinthe Green delivers a blend of heavy and hard-hitting rock subgenres but sticks to this almost classic metal approach with belting and soulful vocals along with ripping riffs and pounding drums giving the song an endless energy and ferociousness but done with a damn near perfect balance texturally so you can hear every instrument perfectly and everything has a way of adding drive to the song itself.

"Give The Devil His Due" is an absolute banger right from the get-go as they give you a really almost live performance style intro and right off the bat, you're getting the feeling that you're about to hear something that an arena rock band would be performing and that's exactly what this is to an extent.

This track showcases the band's ability to give you surprises around the corners, let you start expecting some of the unexpected while at the same time, giving you massive choruses and hooks that stick with you and make you want to sing along with your fists in the air.

What more can you really ask for from a classic metal banger like this one?

The track is bursting with personality and a slightly gothic undertone and edge.

The female vocalist really destroys throughout this entire track and she's belting from the top of her lungs and giving this powerhouse of a performance which really showcases her abilities and her presence as a front moment of this band.

The male vocalist comes in and gives a bit of a haunting section which I really liked as well and that also adds to that gothic undertone, I mentioned a little earlier but all in all, while delivering that heavy punch that you look for from a track like this one.

The guitar work is amazing throughout this song, and this is the type of track that makes you want to dig a little deeper into the band.

The accompanying music video that comes along with this track is outstanding and also does a great job of showing you more of the band's actual character which is animated, huge, and very visually stimulating.

When you watch this video you kind of know that this is going to be a band you want to see live because their shows are going to be filled with these sorts of animated performances and powerful approaches.

The music video for this song is actually one of the best ways to hear the song for the very first time and that's why we've embedded it below for your viewing pleasure.

Having said that, this is also the kind of song that you listen to really loud because it just sounds better that way.

Did this single when you can, and you'll see exactly what I mean about how Absinthe Green is able to take a classic genre and give it a fresh spin while letting it still pack the right kind of punch and stick with you for hours after it has ended.
