Ben

With the release of the CaptureFeelings album, Ben Rothschild takes a new approach to blending genres to create something all his own. Laced with character, an edgy and colorful undertone, and plenty of hooks, the record boasts the aesthetic of synth pop anthems.
The first single and title track "CaptureFeelings" grabs you with catchy melodies and synths that build quickly into hooks and grooves.
"I wish photos captured the moment in 5D so I could go back to that exact moment or give that moment to someone else. The moment I was talking about lyrically was my first few weeks in Philadelphia when I used to live there. I was falling in love, living on my own for the first time and discovering what being an adult pursuing music felt like." explains the songwriter of his single.

Although the singles speak volumes for the album, to get a full understanding of where Rothschild is really coming from, the album should be heard in its entirety.
“I really wanted to make an album that invites you into my brain, a transmission straight from my mind and a chance to invite you into my musical world. I've always wanted to make music this colorful and eclectic and wanted to define the sound with which I could later experiment within. This album is my sound exemplified, what came before was me trying to decide what that sound was and I'm very proud of what it's grown into.” says Rothschild of the creation of the album.
Ben Rothschild has had a love for music that goes so far back it's hard to remember a time when it didn't have such a heavy effect on him. His biggest introductions to the greats were from his dad who played artists like Jim Croce, Carol King, The Beatles, and so much more before leading him into harder rock. His love for synth and electronic music came later and almost like a rebellion.
With his family owning a few Schools of Rock, the genre of rock music was literally in his blood and creating synth-pop music was as rebellious as it gets. So he did just that.
In doing so, he ended up writing and recording some of the best material he ever has, and it all led to the creation of CaptureFeelings.
The CaptureFeelings album is available now on most major streaming outlets and the artist is always working on new tracks for upcoming releases.
