With the release of the No Brains, No Blood album, The Inside Out takes a new approach to some classic styles to create something all their own. Laced with character, an edgy but catchy tone, and plenty of hooks, the record boasts the aesthetic of alternative rock anthems.
The single and title track "No Brains, No Blood" grabs you with a seriously catchy riff, a wild energy, and plenty of massive chorus.
"The album's title track leads into battle, hoping to persevere against faltering self-identity and mental health. Featuring ripping guitar leads, heavy drum grooves, and energized lyrics, the trifecta hits with the unrelenting optimism required to better oneself. "No Brains, No Blood." duets with its neighboring track "Nothing" to provide a seamless transition from primal energy to heartfelt emo rock revival." explains the band of their single.
Although the singles speak volumes for the album, to get a full understanding of where The Inside Out is really coming from, the album should be heard in its entirety.

Originally, The Inside Out began as a solo project helmed by James Howard in 2017 but was soon joined by friends willing to pick up the songs and play live shows soon after. By 2018 The Inside Out was officially a band and went on to release "Turning Point" and "Dark Room" followed by a string of performances of the singles.

In July of 2019 the band put out a full EP called "I Want to Wake Up Where You Are" and began making bigger waves for themselves.

Once the pandemic hit the country the band was lucky enough to have a place to hide and write together called Sage Sound Studios where they worked on the demo versions of what would later become No Brains, No Blood.

Once everyone got together to work out the songs, they realized it was time to bring in a bass player to complete the line up and recruited John Landino to join Zach Stout, Andi Wright and James Howard.

The LP No Brains, No Blood. was recorded at Black Barrel Records, and is available on most digital outlets for streaming and download. The band is already working on new music videos and music for upcoming releases.
