If you're not yet too familiar with the sounds of Karina Nistal, then let us be among the first to introduce you because the artist has recently released a wonderful EP that shows her love for a few different styles of songwriting and performance.
Karina is the type of artist that does things from a passionate point of view and creates songs while working with other people to bring them to fruition so they're kind of like visions in her head and she does what she has to to make those visions come to life.
The reason I know this is simply because of the differences between the songs on the record and each one has a lot of power behind it but in a different way.
It is all beautifully done and you get elements of R&B, ska, soul, world music, some hip-hop, and so much more just all hanging out on one release.
It's about time we have an artist who is open to music as a whole as opposed to sticking to only one genre or one style of writing.
All of that just shows her passion for being an artist and that is more about what true artistry is all about to an extent.
The EP I'm speaking of is called Soulspired and it has much to offer in the way of vibrant and vivacious music that has well...soul.
I'm giving this a 9 out of 10 especailly for such a fantastic approach to creating an EP.
