A fresh banger from Chris Mark Featherstone (C.M.F.), come through as an edgy and impactful dance track that brings together some ambient and crisp production with a cinematic feel and the vocals only add to those aspects with distanced melodies and plenty of sonic builds.
"Grab Hold of Me" boasts an air of mystery and awe as it hits with a sly undertone and a dark edged approach.
This track is great for the night club or a drive. it has that dance floor groove and its quite infectious but those builds and theatrical textures and sounds really give this a well-rounded feel.
There is a class to it that gives it a sort of sheen and polish. It feels huge and like you may have heard it somewhere before. it makes you think and does a good job of painting a vivid picture in your head.
The single has a way of almost pushing your mind and it's really quite interesting to say the least.
This was in depth and there was plenty of attention to detail given here but it never takes away from the actual aesthetic of the track. that vibe is strong and never goes anywhere.
A killer single release from C.M.F. and with that release, we wanted to have a chat with him to see what this is all about really and here it came from.
Here's what happened.

Music is the passion of some people, and I am one of those individuals. I am a true artist who puts together beautiful songs that are also gentle on the ear.
RAG: So how did this all begin for you? When did you fall in love with music really?
Residing in London I strive to rule the hearts of millions today.
However, I have a passion for drumming since a very young age. It was this passion that led me to compose music. During my childhood, I developed a creative side and enjoyed making new melodies as well as listening to my sister play the piano and brother playing the guitar.
As time went on, I began using music production software, experimenting with various styles. While in school, I spent quite a bit of time at the studio. Furthermore, I do public relations for other artists, models, influencers, and anyone who wishes to gain some public attention.
RAG: What inspires you to write a song?
Well, I have always been very creative. Music has always been my passion, and I loved experimenting with it. Therefore, my creativity inspires me to come up with new ideas.
RAG: I'm hearing some great styles on this song. Who are some of your biggest musical influences?
Among my most prominent music genres, there are so many. I have an impressive range of talent. I create a wide variety of music styles, such as deep house, tech house, and more. Using a variety of different styles,
RAG: What are you doing when you're NOT working on music?
When I am not working on music I work on my Marketing agency company, where I increases people online presence with a cost, along with increasing my own investment portfolio. RAG: Would you say live performances are a big part of what you do? The experience of working with other artists has also encouraged me to pursue my dream. Additionally, I was greatly inspired by all the DJs and artists I would see live. Those experiences made me want to experience the same energy from the stage on a regular basis, hoping to get a job where I could experience that over and over again one day. Those were the conditions that caused me to accelerate.
RAG: This song feels like a big undertaking, is there any advice you'd give to other up and coming artists out there?
Advice I can give is: doesn’t matter how many labels turn down your song never quit and keep going.
