A new single from Mivule gives off a classic reggae tonality and rhythm but it's delivered with a wonderful character and heart that comes through in shining colors giving the artist something special and you find yourself latching on to that character quite quickly.
"Unconditional Love" is certainly a track that comes from someplace genuine as he speaks truths and wears his heart on his sleeves, but he does so with an open honesty and with an incredible roots rhythm that gets you swaying with the whole feel of the track.
This song certainly came through with a beautiful tone and the energy makes you think almost of a live performance as the players have a way of feeding off of each other during the track.
This is something I enjoy because not only does it get you moving but it gets you feeling like you just saw them perform it live in your face and this is something that you don't get often so when it comes along it's very rejuvenating in a way.
Along with this honesty, you get a wondrous array of beautifully performed instrumentation and everything comes off with this certain kind of flavor that makes you appreciate the genre and the kind of island sound that you're getting from this song.
What are the things I love about this track is how you can actually hear the heart that's involved with it and you can tell that everyone involved is having such an amazing time laying this track down that you can feel that love come through in the music itself.
When I come across a track that's performed with such a great vibrancy it's hard to turn away from and this song definitely gives that feel.
These are the kinds of things that make a song feel like they're alive and breathing.
this track hits all the sweet spots of the genre and more and has a way of pulling you into its atmosphere, and believe me, this atmosphere is lush but it's never over the top so you never forget what this song was about and throughout it all, it doesn't lose its character which may be the most important part of the whole thing.
Listening to this song definitely makes you want to see the artist live and on Spotify, it looks like this is a debut release of sorts so, I can't wait to see what comes next from the artist because I for one, would love more of this classic and aesthetically perfected genre in my life.
The music of this track makes you feel good and I suggest listening to it first thing in the morning because it's really going to give you this certain energy and aura that you can take with you for the rest of the day.
A beautifully performed single that I would suggest turning nice and loud when you listen to it.
